Due to the handmade nature of all products, each piece is unique and created with care.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed, a replacement, repair, or refund will be offered where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Important Notes

  • Items must not be used or altered before reporting damage
  • Claims made outside the timeframe may not be accepted
