TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this website and placing an order with Little Light Creations, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required before any item is created or dispatched
  • Orders are not secured until payment has been received
  • Custom orders will not begin until payment is confirmed
  • Payments are accepted via Shopify checkout (card, PayPal, etc.)

Custom Orders Policy

Each custom piece is handmade and designed specifically for you.

  • Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders
  • Once work has commenced, cancellations or refunds are not available
  • All design details must be confirmed prior to creation
  • Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of products and lighting differences

Turnaround Times

  • Ready-made items: 2-5 business days
  • Custom orders: 5-10 business days (depending on design and workload)

Please note:

  • Turnaround times may vary during busy periods
  • You will be notified of any delays
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee (subject to availability)

Safety Disclaimer

  • Items are not toys and are not intended for unsupervised use by children
  • Adult supervision is required at all times when used by children
  • Keep items out of reach of small children unless supervised
  • The buyer assumes responsibility for safe use of all products

Order Changes

  • Any changes to your order must be requested within 12-24 hours of purchase
  • Changes cannot be made once production has begun

Content Use

By providing photos, reviews, or feedback, you consent to them being used for marketing and promotional purposes unless stated otherwise.

Product Disclaimer

  • All items are handmade and may contain minor imperfections
  • Colours may vary depending on lighting and screen display (especially in sunlight)
  • Not all pieces will look identical - this is part of their unique nature
