Custom Order Processing Time
All custom orders are handmade to order and require 2-4 weeks processing and creation time before they are ready for pickup or postage.
Need your order sooner? A Fast Track option is available for eligible custom orders, subject to availability. Please select the Fast Track option when placing your order.
This timeframe allows for designing, creating, curing, finishing, quality checking and packaging your cup with care.
